James Anthony has substantial knowledge and experience in the practice of liability and insurance law. He regularly advises domestic and foreign clients in liability and insurance coverage matters in all lines of business and represents them in liability defence and coverage litigation proceedings. His special focus is on financial lines including D&O, PI, Cyber, W&I and Fidelity cases, as well as reinsurance. He further advises on and defends clients against legal and medical malpractice claims, motor accident claims, government liability and product liability claims. He is a native English and German speaker.
