Stefan Bauer advises and represents domestic and international clients on all aspects of liability and insurance law, as well as in civil law matters, with a particular focus on contract and commercial law. He acts as coverage and monitoring counsel for domestic and international insurance carriers and regularly advises and represents insurers and syndicates of the London market (companies and Lloyd’s) in coverage and claims matters under Swiss law.

His field of expertise includes various areas of the insurance industry with a focus on casualty and financial lines insurances (directors' and officers' liability (D&O), professional indemnity or errors and omissions (E&O), fidelity/crime and cyber insurance). His practice also encompasses all areas of non-contractual liability law.

Stefan Bauer gained several years of experience within the Zurich judiciary. As a litigator, he draws on this experience to effectively represent and advise his clients.
