Stefan Bauer advises insurers in all lines of business and represents his clients in liability defence and coverage litigation before all Swiss courts and authorities as well as arbitration proceedings. He acts as coverage and monitoring counsel for domestic and foreign insurance carriers. He regularly advises and represents insurers and syndicates of the London market (companies and Lloyd’s) in claims concerning Swiss law. His field of expertise includes various areas of the insurance industry with a focus on financial lines insurances, including directors' and officers' liability (D&O), professional indemnity or errors and omissions (E&O), fidelity/crime and cyber insurance. Stefan Bauer has several years of experience in the Zurich judiciary. As a litigator, he uses the acquired knowledge and skills in the support his clients.
